2013 KeyNote Speakers

JJoe McMoneagle, With a career spanning 34 years, Mr. McMoneagle has provided professional support to the Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Drug Enforcement Agency, Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Customs, the National Security Council, and most major command within the Department of Defense as a remote viewer. Twenty of those years have been within paranormal operations, as viewer No. 001.

He is the author of numerous books.

Ed May was the Director of the Stanford Research Institute for over a decade and instrumental in securing funding for the Stargate Military Programs. He also ran the Cognitive Sciences Laboratory and now runs the Laboratories for Fundamental Research. He is the creator of CAS (Computer Assisted Scoring) and introduced his software to the APP community at the 2013 confernece.  He has published numerous articles on remote viewing. He recently published an incredible new book entitled, "ESP WARS:

East and West".
