2015 Past Conference Speakers

Joe McMoneagle
Joe McMoneagle, With a career spanning 34 years, Mr. McMoneagle has provided professional support to the Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Drug Enforcement Agency, Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Customs, the National Security Council, and most major command within the Department of Defense as a remote viewer. Twenty of those years have been within paranormal operations, as viewer No. 001.
Workshop Title: On June 22, Joe will be teaching an RV/ARV introductory/refresher/training workshop. He will join us throughout the next 3 days, offering his expertise in viewing & judging as we learn about and applying precognition.

Dr. Joe Gallenberger is a clinical psychologist with over 30 years experience as a therapist and a great interest in the universal principles of manifestation. In 1995, he began exploring psychokinesis, the ability to influence matter through non-physical means. Dr. Gallenberger offers a variety of programs designed to expand consciousness through delight. His students achieve strong altered states of consciousness and energy, resulting in dramatic physical and psychological healing, strong influence over dice and slot machines, and many beautiful manifestations in participants' lives at home. Joe is also a long-time meditator and a senior trainer at the Monroe Institute.

Edwin C. May, PhD
Edwin C. May, PhD, is the president and founder of the Laboratories for Fundamental Research, Palo Alto, California. Formerly, he was a scientist with the U.S. Government’s secret ESP program popularly known as Star Gate from 1976-1995, and was the director of the program from 1985 to 1995. His published works include ESP Wars: East and West: An Account of the Military Use of Psychic Espionage as Narrated by the Key Russian and American Players, with Victor Rubel and Loyd Auerbach (2014); Anomalous Cognition: Remote Viewing Research and Theory (2014, McFarland), and Extrasensory Perception: Support, Skepticism, and Science, Volume I & II (2015, Praeger) co-edited with Sonali Bhatt Marwaha. He is the author of several articles in the nuclear physics literature, more than 100 papers in the technical journals of parapsychology, and over 300 technical final reports on ESP to the government. He received his doctorate in experimental nuclear physics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1968.

Sonali Bhatt Marwaha, PhD
Sonali Bhatt Marwaha, Ph.D., comes to us all the way from Andhra Pradesh, India and we are so pleased she will be joining us via webinar. She holds an MA in Clinical Psychology and MPhil in psychology from S.N.D.T. Women’s University, Bombay. She was awarded a PhD by the Dept. of Psychology and Parapsychology, Andhra University, for a theoretical analysis of belief systems, self, and emotions, for which she was awarded the J. B. Rhine Biennial Research Award. She is a research associate with the Laboratories for Fundamental Research. Her recent publications include Colors of Truth: Religion, Self and Emotions (2006), and Anomalous Cognition: Remote Viewing Research and Theory (2014), co-edited with Edwin C. May. Her forthcoming works include Extrasensory perception: Support, Skepticism, And Science, Volume I — History, controversy, and research, & Vol. II –Theories. Praeger Publications, co-edited with Edwin C. May.

Dean Radin
Dean Radin, PhD, is Senior Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) and Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Psychology at Sonoma State University. For over two decades he has been engaged in consciousness research. He has held appointments at Princeton University, University of Edinburgh, University of Nevada, and several Silicon Valley think-tanks, including Interval Research Corporation and SRI International, where he worked on a classified program investigating psychic phenomena for the US government. He is author or coauthor of over 200 technical and popular articles, a dozen book chapters, and several books including the bestselling The Conscious Universe (HarperOne, 1997) and Entangled Minds (Simon & Schuster, 2006).
Presentation Title: "Precognition and Your Health". As part of his presentation, he will discuss a couple of interesting case studies on (correct) forewarning in dreams of breast cancer that was undetectable in conventional diagnoses. Dean will join us via Webinar only.

Marty is the Original co-Founders of APP, along with Chris Georges and Tom Atwater. He is a current board member. Marty is currently the COO of the Applied Precognition Project (APP). He is also the Group Manager for several APP precognition groups. He is both an Associative Remote Viewer and Analyst/Judge, applying the 1ARV.WE "Winning Entanglements" protocol. Marty is also President of Physics Intuition Applications, which he founded in 1998 to apply Remote Viewing to predicting stock market and sporting event outcomes. He writes the online magazine, "Connections Through Time". Marty teaches financial and sports precognitive application workshops. Marty has a M.S. in Physics from UCLA.

Debra is author of three popular books: "You Are Psychic: The Art of Clairvoyant Reading & Healing"; "Extraordinary Psychic: Proven Techniques to Master Your Natural Abilities"; and "Freeing the Genie Within: Manifesting Abundance, Creativity & Success in Your Life". She has a Masters Degree in Social Work and is a former Federal Probation Officer. She is the Founder and Director of the International School of Clairvoyance (ISC). She is a Professional Clairvoyant and Remote Viewer; Internationally renowned speaker and has overseen RV Research and Operational Projects in addition to serving as a research subject in various RV related studies. Debra has been an active APP and Pre APP member for over 5 years. She has been a member of APP's SUBLIME Group for 3 years. She is co-designer/creator of this website along with Michelle Bulgatz.

Jon has been remote viewing since 1999. He trained in TransDimensional Systems' intensive program in 2000-2001 and became Training Coordinator in 2003. He has taken part in many ARV experiments and trials since 2003 and was a project manager and viewer in the Aurora Remote Viewing Group from 2005 to 2009. Along with Don Walker, Jon introduced and explored Unitary ARV (which uses a single target rather than two). Jon has written several articles for Daz Smith's magazine, 8 Martinis – on Embodied Mind, results of ARV trials, UFO’s over Oakland a century ago, and “picto language”. Since 2012 Jon has taken part in the Applied Precognition Project as a viewer and Group Manager. Jon maintains 120+, a very extensive set of remote viewing links, along with a separate page of Parapsychology links. He has a B.A. from Harvard in Philosophy and an M.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.

Nancy Smith has been active with the Applied Precog Project since its inception. She has been a remote viewer, analyst-judge, group manager and presenter for the APP Workshops.
Nancy holds a B.S in Music Education from Ball State University and a Master of Education from University of Idaho. She has been both a teacher and principal in public education for over twenty years, and is the founder of ECOLE - Education Consulting for Optimal Learning Experiences. She has been practicing Kriya Yoga Meditation for ten years, and is a certified Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master.
Nancy is an accredited Monroe Institute Outreach Facilitator as well as a member of the Monroe Institute Professional Division and the International Remote Viewing Association. She manages the Sublime Remote Viewing Group which predicts outcomes, sends healing intentions, and participates in collaborative work to find missing people. She has a passion for the exploration of consciousness and human potential.

Chris is one of the original co-Founders of APP, along with Marty Rosenblatt and Tom Atwater. He is a current board member. Chris has been captivated with the concepts and applications of RV and ARV upon his introduction to the field in 2002. His career background encompasses business endeavors in the areas of graphic arts, printing and photography. He received his BA from Alfred University with concentrations in philosophy and photography. Chris’ focus at APP is to contribute to the mission of exploring, educating and learning about precognition. His direct responsibilities are to assist with the administration and general operations. As a life-long student of RV, he embraces the vision that we are on the fringe of a protocol breakthrough that will lead to pivotal advancements within the collective consciousness.

Dr. Daryl J. Bem, professor emeritus of psychology at Cornell University, obtained his BA degree in physics from Reed College in 1960, and began graduate work in physics at MIT. The civil rights movement had just begun, and he became so intrigued with the changing attitudes toward desegregation in the American South that he decided to switch fields and pursue a career as a social psychologist specializing in attitudes and public opinion. He obtained his PhD degree in social psychology from the University of Michigan in 1964, and has since taught at Carnegie-Mellon University, Stanford, Harvard, and Cornell University. He is now retired. Professor Bem has published on several diverse topics in psychology, including group decision making, self-perception, personality theory, ESP, and sexual orientation. He is coauthor of an introductory textbook in psychology and the author of Beliefs, Attitudes, and Human Affairs (1970). Professor Bem has presented testimony to a subcommittee of the United States Senate on the psychological effects of police interrogation and has served as an expert witness in several court cases involving sex discrimination. He even appeared on the Colbert Report.
