John Alexander
Dr. John Alexander has been a leading advocate for the development of non-lethal weapons since he created renewed interest in the field starting in 1989. In 2003 he served as a mentor to Afghan Ministry of Defense senior officials through the Office of Military Cooperation – Afghanistan, (Coalition Forces) Kabul. He has traveled to ALL of the continents on Earth.
Dr. Alexander organized and chaired six major conferences on non-lethal warfare and served as a US delegate to several NATO studies on the topic. As a member of the first Council on Foreign Relations non-lethal warfare study, he was instrumental in influencing the report that is credited with causing the Department of Defense to create a formal Non-Lethal Weapons Policy in July 1996. He was a distinguished guest lecturer at several DOD universities and has advised the CIA, US Special Operations Command, and the National Intelligence Council.
Dr. Alexander wrote the seminal material on non-lethal warfare. He published articles in Harvard International Review, Jane’s International Defense Review, The Boston Globe, The Futurist, The Washington Post, and several other journals. He has appeared frequently on television, including Dateline, Fox News, Larry King, CNN, MSNBC, Newsweek, and other US programs plus international television in Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK, and Japan.
Currently he is a private consultant. His books include, The Warrior’s Edge, Wm. Morrow, (1990) Future War, with foreword by Tom Clancy, St. Martin’s Press (1999), and the sequel, Winning the War, published August 2003. His latest book, UFOs: Myths Conspiracies and Realities was released in February 2011 by St. Martin's Press with a paperback edition in 2012.

Marty Rosenblatt
Marty Rosenblatt was a founding member of the Applied Precognition Project (APP), along with Chris Georges and Tom Atwater. He is currently an APP board member and COO. He also serves as Group Manager for several APP precognition groups.
He is both an Associative Remote Viewer and Analyst/Judge, applying the 1ARV.WE "Winning Entanglements" protocol. Marty is also President of Physics Intuition Applications, which he founded in 1998 to apply Remote Viewing to predicting stock market and sporting event outcomes.
He writes the online magazine, "Connections Through Time." Marty teaches financial and sports precognitive application workshops. He has a M.S. in Physics from UCLA.

Jon Knowles has been with the Applied Precognition Project for five years as a remote viewer, judge, group manager and membership and data staffer. He was Training Coordinator and a viewer for the successful remote viewing company TransDimensional Systems (2000-2003) and was a project manager and viewer for the Aurora Remote Viewing Group (2005-2009).
He is the author of the book Remote Viewing from the Ground Up (June 2017), which is about the history of TransDimensional Systems. He has written several articles published in Daz Smith's remote viewing magazine "Eight Martinis" on topics like Embodied Mind theory, Associative Remote viewing trials using emotions, the Mystery of Oak Island, newspaper reports of UFO's above Oakland, California 100 years ago, and Strict Unitary ARV. Janet Mitchell obtained her PhD in experimental cognition at City College New York after obtaining a BA degree in psychology from Hunter College in New York.
She received an ASPR graduate scholarship in 197-4-75 and was awarded a grant to study psychokinesis (PK) in England during 1975 and was a research fellow at City College during 1974-75.
She is the author of two books: Out-of-Body Experiences: A Handbook, and Conscious Evolution: Understanding Extrasensory Abilities in Everyday Life.
