Joe McMoneagle
Joe McMoneagle, with a career spanning 34 years, has provided professional support to the Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Drug Enforcement Agency, Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Customs, the National Security Council, and most major command within the Department of Defense as a remote viewer. Twenty of those years have been within paranormal operations, as viewer No. 001. Many consider him to be the greatest remote viewer in the world today. He's uncovered many secrets, now it's time to discover his!
Presentation Title: HOW TO FIND MISSING PEOPLE WITH REMOTE VIEWING. In addition to revealing his secrets about how he has successfully found well over a dozen missing people throughout the world, Joe will be leading a RV/ARV training-refreshing workshop on the first day of the conference. He will hang out with us for the next 3 days, offering his expertise in viewing & judging as we apply precognition.
Jeffrey Mishlove
"New Thinking Allowed" video host, Jeffrey Mishlove, PhD, is author of "The Roots of Consciousness", "Psi Development Systems", and "The PK Man". He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in "parapsychology" ever awarded by an accredited university (University of California, Berkeley, 1980). His masters degree is in criminology. Between 1986 and 2002 he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed public television series. He serves as dean of transformational psychology at the University of Philosophical Research. He is also past-president of the non-profit "Intuition Network", an organization dedicated to creating a world in which all people are encouraged to cultivate and apply their inner, intuitive abilities. His American Indian name, chosen at age eight, is Soaring Eagle.

Dean Radin
Dean Radin, PhD, is Senior Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) and Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Psychology at Sonoma State University. For over two decades he has been engaged in consciousness research. He has held appointments at Princeton University, University of Edinburgh, University of Nevada, and several Silicon Valley think-tanks, including Interval Research Corporation and SRI International, where he worked on a classified program investigating psychic phenomena for the US government. He is author or coauthor of over 200 technical and popular articles, a dozen book chapters, and several books including the bestselling The Conscious Universe (HarperOne, 1997) and Entangled Minds (Simon & Schuster, 2006).

John Petersen
John is President and Founder of The Arlington Institute, a think tank that is considered by many to be one of the most informed futurists in the world. He is best-known for writing and thinking about high impact surprises—wild cards—and the process of surprise anticipation. His current professional involvements include the development of sophisticated tools for anticipatory analysis and surprise anticipation, long-range strategic planning and helping leadership design new approaches for dealing with the future. An award-winning writer, Petersen's first book, The Road to 2015: Profiles of the Future was awarded Outstanding Academic Book of 1995 by CHOICE Academic Review, and remained on The World Future Society's best-seller list for more than a year. His latest book, Out of the Blue: How to Anticipate Wild Cards and Big Future Surprises, was also a WFS best-seller

Edwin C. May, PhD, is the president and founder of the Laboratories for Fundamental Research, Palo Alto, California. Formerly, he was a scientist with the U.S. Government’s secret ESP program popularly known as Star Gate from 1976-1995, and was the director of the program from 1985 to 1995. His published works include ESP Wars: East and West: An Account of the Military Use of Psychic Espionage as Narrated by the Key Russian and American Players, with Victor Rubel and Loyd Auerbach (2014); Anomalous Cognition: Remote Viewing Research and Theory (2014, McFarland), and Extrasensory Perception: Support, Skepticism, and Science, Volume I & II (2015, Praeger) co-edited with Sonali Bhatt Marwaha. He is the author of several articles in the nuclear physics literature, more than 100 papers in the technical journals of parapsychology, and over 300 technical final reports on ESP to the government. He received his doctorate in experimental nuclear physics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1968.

Marty Rosenblatt
Marty is the Original co-Founders of APP, along with Chris Georges and Tom Atwater. He is a current board member. Marty is currently the COO of the Applied Precognition Project (APP). He is also the Group Manager for several APP precognition groups. He is both an Associative Remote Viewer and Analyst/Judge, applying the 1ARV.WE "Winning Entanglements" protocol. Marty is also President of Physics Intuition Applications, which he founded in 1998 to apply Remote Viewing to predicting stock market and sporting event outcomes. He writes the online magazine, "Connections Through Time". Marty teaches financial and sports precognitive application workshops. Marty has a M.S. in Physics from UCLA.

Debra Lynne Katz
Debra is author of three popular books: "You Are Psychic: The Art of Clairvoyant Reading & Healing"; "Extraordinary Psychic: Proven Techniques to Master Your Natural Abilities"; and "Freeing the Genie Within: Manifesting Abundance, Creativity & Success in Your Life". She has a Masters Degree in Social Work and is a former Federal Probation Officer. She is the Founder and Director of the International School of Clairvoyance (ISC). She is a Professional Clairvoyant and Remote Viewer; Internationally renowned speaker and has overseen RV Research and Operational Projects in addition to serving as a research subject in various RV related studies. She is a two time co-recipient of the IRVA/IRIS Warcollier Prize. Debra has been an active APP and Pre APP member for over 5 years and has been a member of APP's SUBLIME Group for over 4 years. She is c0-creator & c0-webmaster of this website (along with Michelle Bulgatz) and serves on the APP conference planning committee.

Angela Thompson Smith, Ph.D
Dr. Thompson Smith is a research psychologist with a nursing and social work background. She has 30 years experience in the parapsychology and remote viewing fields including 5 years working at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) Laboratory and over 20 years in the remote viewing field. Dr. Smith was a Founding Member and Director of the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA). She is also a published author, a public speaker and an ordained shaman.

Nancy Smith
Nancy Smith has been active with the Applied Precog Project since its inception. She has been a remote viewer, analyst-judge, group manager and presenter for the APP Workshops.
Nancy holds a B.S in Music Education from Ball State University and a Master of Education from University of Idaho. She has been both a teacher and principal in public education for over twenty years, and is the founder of ECOLE - Education Consulting for Optimal Learning Experiences. She has been practicing Kriya Yoga Meditation for ten years, and is a certified Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master.
Nancy is an accredited Monroe Institute Outreach Facilitator as well as a member of the Monroe Institute Professional Division and the International Remote Viewing Association. She manages the Sublime Remote Viewing Group which predicts outcomes, sends healing intentions, and participates in collaborative work to find missing people. She has a passion for the exploration of consciousness and human potential.

Shane Ivie
Shane Ivie – the originator of Operational Handicapping (O.H.), an application of remote viewing to horse racing. He is an enthusiast of the subject of RV for close to two decades, and in the past sixteen years has completed well over nine hundred sessions in his personal study. In 2014, Shane was introduced to the community of remote viewing as a contributing writer for Aperture (issue 24 & 25), the newsletter of The International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA). He has also participated in a Warcollier Prize awarded experiment and has conducted presentations for Applied Precognition Project (APP).
Originally self-trained in TRV methodology, he is currently training in CRV at R.V.I.S. Inc. under the mentorship of Paul H. Smith and has completed a basic course as a psychic detective taught by Pam Coronado. He is also the group manager of Project Bucephalus which is an expanded study of his O.H. protocol.

John Herlosky
John Herlosky is a former Law Enforcement Officer for two large metropolitan police departments and a former EMT. He is the co-founder and co-director of the non-profit think tank, The Institute for Evolutionary Technologies and the co-creator of Project Trojan Warrior 2, a mind-body integration system, where he worked with members of SEAL Team 1 and 3. He has also worked as a civilian instructor alongside SEAL corpsmen and Special Forces medics for a private military contractor teaching combat trauma management to members of the Special Operations Forces; Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces and Rangers, Marine Special Ops personnal, and select SWAT teams. He was educated at Marquette University with a major of Mathematics and minor in Biomedical Engineering. He also has a degree in Administration of Justice. In 1999 he started learning remote viewing by noted author and member of Project Star Gate, Dr. David Morehouse and spent over 1000 hours with him in classes and as an assistant instructor. He has also had training from former Star Gate members, Paul H. Smith, Lyn Buchanan, Skip Atwater, and the incomparable creator of Coordinate Remote Viewing, Ingo Swann. He is the author of the autobiography, “A Sorcerer's Apprentice: A Skeptic's Journey into the CIA's Project Star Gate.” John has also appeared on numerous radio and internet shows as a guest and will be a guest speaker at the 2016 APP conference in June of 2016.
