PROJECT

Meet the Staff & Group Managers
APP consists entirely of a group of dedicated and fun loving volunteer staff

Marty Rosenblatt
Marty is one of the Original co-Founders of the Applied Precognition Project (APP) and the COO. He is the Group Manager for several APP precognition groups, an Associative Remote Viewer (ARV) and Analyst/Judge applying the ARV "Winning Entanglements" (WE) protocol. Marty is also President of Physics Intuition Applications, which he founded in 1998 to apply Remote Viewing to predicting stock market and sporting event outcomes. He writes the online magazine, "Connections Through Time". Marty teaches financial and sports precognitive application workshops. Marty has a M.S. in Physics from UCLA. Bio here.

Julie caught the Remote Viewing bug during a talk by Joe McMoneagle. She quickly enrolled to learn Remote Viewing at The Monroe Institute one month later. She is APP's Membership Coordinator. Julie is a lifelong volunteer helping out in all kinds of capacities. She has served as a Girl Scout leader, PTA President, Irrigation District Director and President, Committee Chair for a 5.7 million dollar bond for the local school district, Clerk of Elections and the Board of Directors of several businesses.

Kristin Dodd
Marshall Farris
Marshall started ARV after reading The Premonition Code and training with Robert Monroe's Stargate Protocol. A college buddy and longtime friend, William Stickevers (world-renowned Mundane Astrologer), challenged him to
pursue ARV. Although he has yet to remain consistently above 62%, he peaked above 80% RV success and has
logged over 500 sessions. He currently helps select possible photo target pairs for APP.
Marshall has also been a student of the Learning Strategy's Paraliminal approach to therapy and developing
insight. He developed ARV and Binary RV protocols and is very interested in the Collective Conscience and Energia.
He believes the first recorded name of God in Hebrew, Elohim, is the Collective Director as well as the Collective itself.
A retired Army OCS Officer, Marshall served four combat tours, supporting the Land Commander for each.
He's been a mystic Messianic Christian most of his adult life, meaning he believes in the Bible AND many of the mystic books, as well as specific astrological approaches.

Bill worked in a grey area between physics and chemistry at Stanford Research Institute (now SRI-International) in Energy related research. Later he associated with another section of SRI reporting on bird activity which tends to increase a few days before earthquakes. He is a Chemist, but studied psychology on the sly and church ministry formally. Bill started working with Marty Rosenblatt at P-I-A in the year 2000 as a viewer and currently is creating picture pairs for the project. He had been tested for psychic abilities in a project at NASA-Ames in 1967. He has studied and recorded dreams most of his life and while at Seminary studied dreams under Jermey Taylor, a well-known Jungian who specializes in Dream work and Prophetic literature, such as Ezekiel, under Victor R. Gold and others, plus some work on past life regression and near death experience. He has also been mentored by Catholic Monastic leaders among Trappists, Dominicans, and Jesuits. Dreams are like ARV and often reveal a time character.

Bill Isakson
Teresa runs the sister website ARV 4 Fun, which has excellent examples of remote viewing sessions from so many of the Associative Remote Viewing (ARV) groups. Her adventures in ARV began when she took Marty Rosenblatt’s four-day course on Intuitive Investing at the Monroe Institute in May 2009. Since then, she has studied CRV with Lori Williams and ERV with Angela Thompson Smith. She currently manages a horseracing group for the Applied Precognition Project and serves as APP's webmaster. She's a speculative fiction author of two young adult novels (MOONBLOOD and THE LABYRINTH OF TIME), an adult historical fantasy (ZERO TIME), an adult sci-fi novel (METHUSELAH'S LEGACY), and several short stories. Crystal Hope Reed
Crystal is a college counselor, a death doula, the author of How to Live with a Psychic, and a lover of everything psi. She also uses her background in Counseling Psychology, combined with assorted psychic modalities and her personal history with the esoteric, to coach people through the emotional and mental aspects of budding psychic development and paranormal experiences. She is APP's Executive Admin Assistant. When she isn't focused on her loved ones, dogs, or psi-related pursuits, you're likely to find her immersed in other aspects of geek culture.

Kelly became enthralled with the consciousness-expanding potential of Remote Viewing in the 1990s. Joining a local group in the early 2000s was not a positive experience and interest waned until discovering APP and its terrific community in 2019.

Kelly McKillip

Kristin holds a B.A. in Mass Communications and she has worked in the advertising/communications industry for over a decade. With experience in account management and strategy, she has worked with well-known national and international brands & agencies alike.
As a child she was interested in all thing’s psi & the paranormal; at the age of 16 she was given a book on remote viewing and her passion for the subject has grown immensely in recent years. Synchronistic events led her to studying CRV with Lori Williams and Debra Lynne Katz, and she is a former Board Member and Secretary for the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA). She believes that remote viewing is a powerful tool for self-development and a catalyst for humanity’s spiritual evolution.
Tomekia Williams
Tomekia from a very young age became fascinated with the exploration of intuitive and consciousness studies. She enjoys connecting with nature and embracing the unfoldment of the pursuit in the philosophies of metaphysics that life offers.

Patricia H. has worked more than 20 years for an IT consulting and software company as Project Director, Presales Consultant, and Product Manager. She has experienced several psi phenomena since age three. Since 2020, she has dedicated her free time to music and art creation, and participated in international art initiatives. Her intuition grew more and more thanks to this creative period. In February 2020, she learned about Remote Viewing; it was the missing piece of the puzzle to grow her intuition and keep in the field during psi phenomena! In December 2021, she trained online with IRIS (French Remote Viewing school) and used other resources from Paul Smith's DVD, APP, and as an IRVA member. She believes Remote Viewing can bring to light an unknown part of humanity and help every human being find more open-minded and deep comprehension.

Alex Poquiz
Dave Silverstein

Alexis Poquiz is an Ambassador for APP. He has a B.A. in Economics from UW and is currently a student pursuing a Computer Science Degree. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp as a Battalion Logistics Embarkation Chief.
Alexis is currently in charge of developing a comprehensive relational database to enable APP to extract meaningful relationships and correlations from the data they have collected. He is recognized for using an unorthodox approach of utilizing complex sets of algorithms to systematically score and evaluate remote viewing sessions.
Alexis is the original administrator and founder of the largest remote viewing group on Facebook since 2004.
Dave teaches a variety of psychical methods and does private readings. He has had a life-long fascination with Psi and never doubted the ability to access information non-locally. Dave believes remote viewing should be practiced as a family-time activity and has a powerful self-actualization component.
Dave is a licensed California real estate broker and has been in the high top 2% of all Realtors nation-wide for units sold and commissions earned. This success was realized based on a gentle precognitive thought Dave received out of nowhere that told him to move his business focus in a particular direction.
Dave ran the Direct Psi Dowsing and the Psychical Arts Group at the Applied Precognition Project, which was the only non- Associative Remote Viewing group. He has a BSL in Sociology and attended Antioch and Excelsior Colleges. He is also a graduate of a well-respected energy healing and “rose reading” school.
Dave is a free-style dancer, frequent sweat lodge participant, skier, meditator, viewer of MMA and a sports-book player. Dave is also a landlord.
