Meet the Staff & Group Managers

APP consists entirely of a group of dedicated and fun loving volunteer staff

Marty Rosenblatt

Marty is one of the Original co-Founders of the Applied Precognition Project (APP) and the COO.  He is the Group Manager for several APP precognition groups,  an Associative Remote Viewer (ARV) and Analyst/Judge applying the ARV "Winning Entanglements" (WE) protocol.  Marty is also President of Physics Intuition Applications, which he founded in 1998 to apply Remote Viewing to predicting stock market and sporting event outcomes.  He writes the online magazine, "Connections Through Time". Marty teaches financial and sports precognitive application workshops.  Marty has a M.S. in Physics from UCLA.   Bio here.

Chris Georges

Chris is one of the original co-Founders of APP, along with Marty Rosenblatt and Tom Atwater. He is a current board member. Chris has been captivated with the concepts and applications of RV and ARV upon his introduction to the field in 2002. His career background encompasses business endeavors in the areas of graphic arts, printing and photography. He received his BA from Alfred University with concentrations in philosophy and photography. Chris’ focus at APP is to contribute to the mission of exploring, educating and learning about precognition. His direct responsibilities are to assist with the administration and general operations. As a life-long student of RV, he embraces the vision that we are on the fringe of a protocol breakthrough that will lead to pivotal advancements within the collective consciousness.

Teresa runs the sister website ARV 4 Fun, which has excellent examples of remote viewing sessions from so many of the Associative Remote Viewing (ARV) groups. Her adventures in ARV began when she took Marty Rosenblatt’s four-day course on Intuitive Investing at the Monroe Institute in May 2009 soon after participating in an online egroup taught by Henry Reed at the Association for Research and Enlightenment.  Since then, she has studied CRV with Lori Williams and ERV with Angela Thompson Smith.  She currently manages a horseracing group for the Applied Precognition Project and serves as APP's  webmaster.  She's the author of two fantasy novels (ZERO TIME  and THE LABYRINTH OF TIME) and several short stories. Crystal is a professional animal communicator, the author of How to Live with a Psychic, and lover of everything psi.  She also uses her background in Counseling Psychology, combined with assorted psychic modalities and her personal history with the esoteric, to coach people through the emotional and mental aspects of budding psychic development and paranormal experiences.  She is APP's Executive Admin Assistant.   When she isn't focused on her husband, dogs, or psi-related pursuits, you're likely to find her reading Batman comics or immersed in other aspects of geek culture.

Julie caught the Remote Viewing bug during a talk by Joe McMoneagle.  She quickly enrolled to learn Remote Viewing at The Monroe Institute one month later.  She is APP's Membership Coordinator.  Julie is a lifelong volunteer helping out in all kinds of capacities. She has served as a Girl Scout leader, PTA President, Irrigation District Director and President, Committee Chair for a 5.7 million dollar bond for the local school district, Clerk of Elections and the Board of Directors of several businesses.

Alexis Poquiz is an Ambassador for APP. He has a B.A. in Economics from UW and is currently a student pursuing a Computer Science Degree. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp as a Battalion Logistics Embarkation Chief.
Alexis is currently in charge of developing a comprehensive relational database to enable APP to extract meaningful relationships and correlations from the data they have collected. He is recognized for using an unorthodox approach of utilizing complex sets of algorithms to systematically score and evaluate remote viewing sessions.
Alexis is the original administrator and founder of the largest remote viewing group on Facebook since 2004.

Jon Knowles has been remote viewing since 1999. He trained in TransDimensional Systems' intensive program in 2000-2001 and became Training Coordinator in 2003. He has taken part in many ARV experiments and trials since 2003 and was a project manager and viewer in the Aurora Remote Viewing Group from 2005 to 2009. Along with Don Walker, Jon introduced and explored Unitary ARV (which uses a single target rather than two).  Jon has written several articles for Daz Smith's magazine, 8 Martinis – on Embodied  Mind, results of ARV trials,  UFO’s over Oakland a century ago, and “picto language”. Since 2012 Jon has taken part in the Applied Precognition Project as a viewer and Group Manager. Jon maintains 120+, a very extensive set of remote viewing links, along with a separate page of Parapsychology links. He has a B.A. from Harvard in Philosophy and an M.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dave teaches a variety of psychical methods and does private readings.  He has had a life-long fascination with Psi and never doubted the ability to access information non-locally.  Dave believes remote viewing should be practiced as a family-time activity and has a powerful self-actualization component.

Dave is a licensed California real estate broker and has been in the high top 2% of all Realtors nation-wide for units sold and commissions earned. This success was realized based on a gentle precognitive thought Dave received out of nowhere that told him to move his business focus in a particular direction.

Dave runs the Direct Psi Dowsing and the Psychical Arts Group at the Applied Precognition Project, which is their only non- Associative Remote Viewing group.  He has a BSL in Sociology and attended Antioch and Excelsior Colleges. He is also a graduate of a well-respected energy healing and “rose reading” school.

Dave is a free-style dancer, frequent sweat lodge participant, skier, meditator, viewer of MMA and a sports-book player. Dave is also a landlord.

Michael D. Austin, B.A. Mike encourages APP and APPI remote viewers and psychics in the practice of their gifts as APPI precog professionals, and to advance as viewers in a private hedge fund of precogs he manages and founded with Marty. As a cross-disciplinary, collaborative, strategic manager with 3+ decades of firsts, his guiding hand for positive impacts has steadied company initiatives in 3D printing, telerobotics, museum-quality animation fine art collections and publishing, industry and consumer conferences in consciousness and academia, management and staff trainings in both for-profits and nonprofits, all-positive talk broadcasting, computer LAN design and management, and Egyptian antiquities.

Igor Grgić holds a M.S. in Information Systems from the University of Zagreb, Croatia. He works as a Systems Engineer for an IT Department at a large food and beverages company in Croatia. Igor has been trading currency pairs since 2012 and started remote viewing since the beginning of 2014.  After joining APP, he became a Judge and a Group Manager for several groups: "Croatorum CAS", "Croatorum Alpha" and "P7B". He believes that APP is an extraordinary community with extraordinary individuals. Igor is on a quest to push the limits of ARV and hunt the missing variable that will introduce the best results in ARV predictions.
Igor is a huge fan of soccer and sci-fi movies. His favorite free time activities and interests are ancient history, esoteric traditions, astronomy, photography and sports.

Laurentiu Bucur

Laurentiu is a software engineer from Romania with a background in Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence. He became part of APP in 2014 and started his own ARV group "Vampires", which he is planning on running in the very long term. He translated APP's 1-ARV methodology into a stand-alone PC application named Quantum Harvester designed for personal use, which he gladly shared with the community. He believes precognition will emerge either as a profession or as a type of consultancy in the years to come.
